Lighting begins with a concept. Just as architects envision meta-themes for their design - the predominant material, shape, color, idea - so are we, lighting designers, looing for solutions to lighting, according to the client demands and available technologies. The concept means detailed analysis of space and function of the area we need to illuminate.
We collect all regulations and standards that should be observed carefully, we evaluate the client's requirements and make sure they are on the best possible track to a successful project, as well as consult on implementation, timetable and budget estimates. Going into conceptual design means analyzing possible solutions, identifying problems and resources needed to achieve it.
